Storage Instructions

We recommend storing apricots in a plastic container or plastic bag in the refrigerator in the vegetable drawer. The most optimal would be to have a refrigerator that maintains 10-12 °C.

How long will it last?

Apricots stored in the refrigerator should be eaten within two to three days. They will usually stay good for up to a week in the refrigerator, but the quality may decline slightly.

Tips

Unripe apricots can be placed in a paper bag and stored at room temperature until the apricots ripen. Keep the bag out of direct sunlight and heat. Remember to store them in the crisper drawer, cooler or refrigerator if you are not going to eat them right away.
