Storage Instructions

Store ripe nectarines in the refrigerator. If the nectarine is unripe, leave it at room temperature for 1-3 days and then place it in the refrigerator.

How long will it last?

3-5 days in the refrigerator. 2-3 days at room temperature.

Tips

You can use a paper bag to speed up the ripening process (this will trap all the ethylene the nectarine produces around the fruit and help it ripen faster).
