Storage Instructions

Pineapple should be stored in the refrigerator if it is fully ripe, then it should be cut up and placed in an airtight container. If the pineapple is not fully ripe yet, it should be kept at room temperature for a day or two before storing it in the refrigerator.

How long will it last?

Pineapple has a fairly short shelf life. It will keep for a couple of days at room temperature. In the refrigerator about 6 days. Frozen pineapple will last up to 6 months.
